Add-Ons Available For Rent

We offer the option to add-on an overnight stay (check out is 11:00 a.m. the next morning) for 13 of your guests.  There are 5 luxury king bedrooms (each with its own ensuite full bathroom).  The Bridal Suite has an additional twin bed and the 3rd Floor Family Suite has a king and queen bed.  This option starts at $1,000/ night depending on the season and day.  (A Fri. and Sat. night stay is included in the Stay and Celebrate Package.)

If you'd like all of your guests to have a sit-down dinner in the garden, we have eight 60" tables with chairs (and covers), a cake table, a beverage table, and a gift table.  The entire rental, set up and break down is $500 and will seat al of your guests comfortably.  (This is included in the Stay and Celebrate Package.)

Dreaming of a Victorian Garden Wedding Celebration, but don't want to commit to tent rentals? No problem.  The week of your Wedding if rain is in the forecast we can set up two 32x21 tents (with or without the sides) for $1000 each ($2,000 for both.)  This includes set up and break down. 

Need a bar for your guests?  This one-of-a-kind oak bar is 8ft. long and a perfect place for your bartender to serve your guests.  It can be set up at the rear of the property for an outdoor wedding, or in the foyer or front patio for a wedding in the home.  Rental, set up and break down is $750.  (This is included with the Stay and Celebrate Package.)

Feature your custom wedding cake on a gorgeous antique silver platter and serve your guests from beautiful antique china served with sparking cake servers.  This add-on includes set up, take down, and washing all dishes.  Cake set-up for 46 for $250.  

Invite Your Guests to dance fireside with a Bruce-Wayne style outdoor fire warming them with its amazing glow.  This includes seasoned firewood and tending the fire during and after your Wedding.  Fire Place Add-On $400. 

Enjoy streaming your Spotify wedding playlist (and savings thousands on a DJ) with this JBL 120 party box and microphone for all of your toasts and announcements.   JBL Party Box rental $150.
